Simply put, we are extremely particular with our crew.  An owner or manager is always on premises while work is being done.  We do not allow music, smoking, loud talking or bad language from our crews.  We clean up after each job and use a magnetic sweeper to sweep up any nails we missed during our normal clean up process.
